SLPV considers deals of all size, and we prefer parking garages and lots where net operating income can support deal sizes between $2M - $10M. We consider investments in primary and secondary markets across the country where parking demand supports a long-term investment. Locations with seasonal demand will also be considered, such as shoreline communities with summer tourism; and locations serving stadiums, arenas, and universities.
